A Plymouth man was arrested Monday, March 11 on active warrants from Huntington and Wabash Counties.
Plymouth Police Department officers say 51-year-old Javier Govin, of Plymouth, was located in his room at the Economy Inn in Plymouth. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await extradition to those counties.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
