Plymouth Man Arrested Following Traffic Stop

A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, March 16 after a traffic stop in the area of Oak and Jim Neu Drive in Plymouth.

A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Kevin Diaz of Plymouth who was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and has a prior conviction, according to the report. A Plymouth Police Department officer assisted at the scene and took Diaz into custody. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed with a prior conviction.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
