
A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, March 12 after Plymouth Police Department officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of Laporte and Plum Streets after observing the driver allegedly commit a moving infraction.
Police say the driver of the vehicle, 32-year-old Juan C. Ventura-Enamorado, of Plymouth, was found to be operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license and has a prior conviction.
He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed with a prior conviction.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
