New York City Man Arrested in Plymouth

A New York City man was arrested Tuesday, March 26 after a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Road and Airport Road in Plymouth.

Police say the traffic stop was initiated due to no lights illuminated on a vehicle operating at 8 p.m. ET. During the stop, police say it was determined that the driver, 22-year-old Lucas Rosares, never had a driver’s license.

He was taken into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
