A Fort Wayne man was arrested Sunday, March 3 after a traffic stop in Marshall County.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy stopped a white Dodge Durango at 10:20 p.m. ET for speeding in the area of U.S. 30 and Iris Road.
Police say it was found that the driver, Fidencio Diaz, Jr., 33, had a suspended driver’s license with a prior conviction.
Diaz was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended prior and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
