Disturbance Results in Arrest

A disturbance at the Prairie View Group Home in Plymouth just after 1 a.m. ET Monday, March 25 resulted in an arrest.

Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the facility for a call of an intoxicated resident causing a disturbance. During the investigation, the suspect, 20-year-old Brayan Molina-Vasquez, of Plymouth, was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of illegal consumption, and possession of a false government-issued identification card.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
