Warsaw Man Arrested after Traffic Stop

A Warsaw man was arrested Wednesday, January 31 after an officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 2:10 a.m. ET in the area of U.S. 30 west of Oak Drive in Plymouth.

Police say the vehicle, driven by 23-year-old Tyler Crow of Warsaw, was traveling 73 mph in a 50 mph zone. It was found that Crow never had a license, according to the report. As a result, he was taken into custody.

During further investigation, police reportedly found that Crow was in possession of prescription drugs that were not prescribed to him.

Crow was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license and possession of a controlled substance.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
