Two Arrested in Plymouth Traffic Stops

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department assisted the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department with two traffic stops Monday, Feb. 26 after the drivers were reportedly found to be suspended prior and operating the vehicles without a driver’s license.

The first traffic stop occurred in the area of West Harrison Street and Center Street just after 8:30 p.m. ET where the vehicle had suspended plates, according to the report. The driver, 25-year-old Deybi Herrera, of Plymouth, was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.

The second traffic stop occurred in the area of Seventh and Harrison Street just after 10 p.m. ET where the vehicle had illegal blue lights, according to the report. The driver, 52-year-old Martha Olvera, of Plymouth, was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
