A Plymouth woman was arrested Wednesday, January 31 at 8:20 a.m. ET after Plymouth officers conducted a traffic stop on East Jefferson Street.
Upon further investigation, police say it was found that the driver of the car, Brittany Doll, 40, of Plymouth, had a suspended license.
Doll was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where she was booked on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
