Plymouth Police Department Officers Arrest Drivers for Operator Never Licensed

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrested several drivers on suspicion of operator never licensed.

A traffic stop was conducted Tuesday, February 6 at 7:41 p.m. ET in the area of the Collins and Company Realty parking lot, The vehicle reportedly had expired license plates. Police say the driver, identified as 26-year-old Pedro Alexander Guevara Chirinos of Plymouth, never had a driver’s license. He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.

About an hour later, a traffic stop was conducted in the Walmart parking lot for a moving violation.
The driver, 38-year-old Franklin Jose Banegas-Padilla of Plymouth, was reportedly determined to have never had a license. He was booked on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.

Officers conducted a traffic stop Wednesday, February 7 in the area of Jefferson Street and Eighth Street as the driver reportedly did not dim bright headlights as a vehicle approached and passed the moving vehicle. Police say the driver, 26-year-old Yesson Sanchez-Mendieta of Plymouth, was determined to have never obtained a driver’s license and was taken into custody on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.

Plymouth Police initiated a traffic stop Friday, February 9 at 5:30 a.m. ET at Michigan and Hillcrest Ave. after the officer reportedly witnesses multiple moving violations. The driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Luis E. Lamus-Guiterez of Plymouth, was determined to never have obtained a license.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
