A Plymouth Man was arrested on an active warrant Tuesday, February 20.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the warrant was served at 11:10 p.m. ET at a residence in the 300 block of Thorn Road in Walkerton. Kody Whiteman, 27, was wanted on a felony charge of domestic battery from a previous investigation.
Whiteman faces a preliminary misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement as he allegedly resisted officers when they attempted to take him into custody.
He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,755 cash bond.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
