A Plymouth man was arrested Wednesday, January 31 on an active warrant.
Officers from the Plymouth Police Department say they approached the Park Jefferson Apartments at 11 a.m. ET to serve the warrant. Jason Burkey, 44, answered the door and police positively identified him. Burkey was advised that he had a warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody.
Burkey was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on his warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a minor, and intimidation, both Level 6 Felonies. A bond was issued in the amount of $5,000 cash.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
