A Plymouth man was arrested following a traffic stop conducted by the Plymouth Police Department Tuesday, February 20 at 12:40 a.m. ET in the area of Oak Drive and Harrison Street.
Police say the traffic stop was initiated due to an equipment and registration violation. During the traffic stop, the driver, 43-year-old Rodrigo Lopez, was found to have never been issued a drivers license, according to the report.
Lopez was arrested on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
