Marshall County Election Board to Hold Public Hearing on Tardy Campaign Finance Reports

The Marshall County Election Board members will hold a public hearing Friday, February 16 pertaining to tardy campaign finance reports.

The deadline to submit campaign finance reports was January 17. There were five candidates in last year’s municipal election that did not turn in reports by the deadline. Public hearings for penalties will be held Friday, February 16 for Dana Neer, Gary Schue, Nichole Walter, Brandon Richie, and the Friends of Culver. The fine is $50 per day.

The hearings will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office at 211 W. Madison Street in Plymouth.
