Harassment Complaint Results in Arrest of Plymouth Man

A Plymouth man was arrested Wednesday, January 31 at 9:25 a.m. ET after Plymouth officers were notified of a harassment complaint in the area of 100 Ed Cook Blvd.

During the investigation, it was found that the suspect, 28-year-old Austin Donohue, was in possession of marijuana, according to the report. Austin was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
