The Culver Community School Board took action to approve Early Literacy Grant stipends during their recent meeting.
Superintendent Karen Shuman said the grant money will be allocated to teachers, aides, and instructional coaches in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades. About $15,000 was received from the grant.
The board also unanimously approved the appointment of Amy Kindernay to the Culver-Union Township Public Library Board.
The board will also advertise bids for new buses as outlined in the Bus Replacement Plan for 2024.
