City of Plymouth Mayor’s Office, Marshall County Health Department Announces Blood Drives

Several upcoming blood drives have been announced by the City of Plymouth Mayor’s Office and the Marshall County Health Department.

The first blood drive is set for Friday, February 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET at the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

The South Bend Medical Foundation is partnering with the Health Department for this particular event. Donors will be eligible for a chance to win a $25 gas card or a $100 VISA gift card.

The South Bend Medical Foundation provides blood to the local hospitals including Beacon Health Systems (Memorial), Saint Joseph Health Systems and Elkhart General Hospital.

The Foundation is also continuing its partnership with the City of Plymouth Mayor’s Office. The bloodmobile will be at the Plymouth Fire Station or at River Park Square during Farmer’s Market season. The bloodmobile will be available at one of those locations February 24, April 20, June 22, August 17, October 12 and December 17 from 8 a.m. to noon ET.
