A traffic stop in the area of 1533 N. Michigan Street in Plymouth Friday, January 26 just before 1 a.m. ET resulted in the arrest of the driver.
A Plymouth Police Department officer stopped the vehicle and found that the driver had never obtained a driver’s license.
As a result, 23-year-old Elmer Jiminez-Valle of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
