A traffic stop for speeding Friday, January 12 resulted in the arrest of the driver.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop at 1:12 a.m. ET in the area of Skylane Drive and Michigan Street as the driver was speeding. The driver, 35-year-old Ashton Gaines of Plymouth, was taken into custody for an active warrant.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
