A Plymouth man was arrested Wednesday, December 27 on suspicion of battery.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were called to the Russell House for a physical altercation. After an investigation, officers arrested 40-year-old Alvaro R. Flores on a preliminary charge of battery. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
