A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, January 25 after Plymouth Police Department officers served a warrant in the area of 300 W. Laporte Street just before 4 p.m. ET.
Robert Tonchen, 68, was taken into custody without incident. He was wanted on charges of battery.
Tonchen was booked into the Marshall County Jail for the active warrant.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
