Plymouth Man Arrested after Traffic Stop

A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, January 26 just before 3:30 a.m. ET after an officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Road and Airport Road as the driver reportedly committed several infractions.

During the course of the traffic stop, police say it was found that the driver, 59-year-old Jose Solis, never obtained a driver’s license and was a habitual traffic violator.

Solis was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and habitual traffic violator.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
