Marshall County is holding a vehicle auction at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Monday, January 29 at 10 a.m. ET.
Some of the vehicles were obtained through drug seizures and their history is unknown. Each vehicle is being sold “as is” with no warranty or guarantees. One truck is from the Marshall County Highway Department. Each one runs and drives, but may have mechanical needs. They can be viewed in the public parking lot at the Marshall County Jail.
Terms of the sale are cash only and the winning bidder will be responsible for payment immediately following the auction. No test drives or inspections are allowed prior to the auction. Interested buyers are asked not to contact people in the Dispatch Center or the Records Department as they will not be able to provide any further information.
