Candidates for state and county positions available in the 2024 election may begin to file for office Wednesday, January 10. The filing window ends Friday, February 9 at noon local time.
In Marshall County, the positions up for election in 2024 include Superior Court No. 1 Judge, County Commissioner District 1, County Commissioner District 3, three county council At-Large seats, coroner, treasurer, and surveyor.
Candidate filing for available school board seats will begin in July and closes in August.
Filing for office will take place in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office at 211 W Madison Street in Plymouth.
A reminder that the annual campaign finance reports for 2023 are due Wednesday, January 17 by noon local time.
