A driver was arrested Saturday, January 20 at 4:35 a.m. ET after he was reportedly found to be under the influence.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department report indicates that a deputy noticed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the off ramp on Veterans Parkway at U.S. 31 with hazard lights blinking. While trying to make contact with the driver, the officer observed the driver sleeping. After further investigation, the driver, 36-year-old Bryan Bradshaw, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
