Argos Community School Corporation Superintendent Ned Speicher said the parking lot project at the corporation is expected to continue this spring.
He noted that the project started in late fall last year.
“The anticipated completion date is the end of July 2024,” explained Speicher. “It’s parking for our gymnasiums and auditorium when we have events, and our staff and students. It’s just adding additional parking for the school district.”
The Argos Community School Board purchased land from the Argos Park Board about a year ago and the Argos Community Development Corporation that would go toward additional parking and traffic flow improvements.
Yoder Construction is working on the project.
