A Walkerton man was arrested Friday, December 8 on suspicion of battery.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were called to the Walmart parking lot just after 4 p.m. ET after receiving a call about a battery. During the course of an investigation, the suspect, 61-year-old David K. Armentrout, was taken into custody for allegedly physically assaulting the victim in the parking lot.
Armentrout was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of battery.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
