Three Arrested on Charges of Operator Never Licensed

The Plymouth Police Department recently arrested three suspects this week on suspicion of driving without being issued a driver’s license.

A Plymouth Police officer made a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Beerenbrook after observing a vehicle that was driving without tail lights Tuesday, December 12 just before 5:30 a.m. ET.

As the officers attempted to catch up to the vehicle, it was determined that the vehicle was over the speed limit, according to the report. During the stop, the driver, Nuvia Hernandez-Hernandez of Plymouth was reportedly determined to have never had a driver’s license. She was taken into custody.

The second incident was reported to have occurred Wednesday, December 13 at 2:06 a.m. ET as a traffic stop was conducted in the area of U.S. 30 and Oak Road for exceeding the speed limit.

Police say it was determined that the driver, Luis Aguilera-Gonzales, 27, of Plymouth was operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Plymouth officers conducted a traffic stop at Harrison and Oak Thursday, December 14 at 1:10 a.m. ET where the driver, Ernesto B. Lopez-Ruiz, 60, of Plymouth reportedly had never been issued a driver’s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
