Three people were arrested recently after traffic stops in the City of Plymouth.
The first traffic stop occurred in the area of Michigan Street near Klinger Saturday, December 9 at 7:21 p.m. ET. An officer conducted a traffic stop after the officer saw a vehicle traveling north on Michigan Street with no illuminated headlights. The driver, 23-year-old Joel Ramoz-Gomez of Louisiana, reportedly never had a drivers license.
He was arrested on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
A Fort Wayne driver was arrested on the same charge Sunday, December 10 after a Plymouth officer stopped a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 east of Oak Drive due to excessive speed at 3:22 a.m. ET. The driver, 37-year-old Ha San, had only an ID card and never had a drivers license, according to the report.
Later that day, a Plymouth officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling north on Michigan Street due to excessive speed. The driver, 37-year-old Etson Reyes of Plymouth, reportedly never had a license. He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
