Chief Holm also announced that he received a written resignation from the civilian Emergency Medical Technician (EMT); his last day will be December 25. Chief Holm requested permission to advertise to hire for a new position for a Paramedic Firefighter as well as an EMT Firefighter; given the preference for a paramedic should one apply. The board approved his request.
