Two people were arrested Sunday afternoon after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to Walmart on a report of trespass.
Officers were advised that Angela Manns, 43, of Plymouth was reportedly banned from the business for a two-year period. Officers took Manns into custody.
Officers identified a male companion as Chad Smith, 49, of Plymouth who had an out-of-county warrant, according to the report. Police say a search of Smith’s person revealed merchandise from Walmart was concealed in his clothing.
Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
