Plymouth Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Theft, Drug Possession

A Plymouth woman was arrested Saturday, October 28 after a theft was reported at the Shell Gas Station on North Michigan Street in Plymouth. 

According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were called to that location just after 11 p.m. ET and during the course of the investigation, 47-year-old Tracy L. Napierkowski was located at the Economy INN and taken into custody. 

Police say suspected drugs were found within Napierkowski’s belongings prior to being transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Napierkowski faces preliminary charges of theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of a legend drug, but formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. 

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
