Plymouth Man Arrested on Suspicion of Impaired Driving

A Plymouth man was arrested Wednesday, October 4 just before 12:30 a.m. ET after a traffic stop in the area of Fifth and Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

An officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted the traffic stop due to a traffic infraction, according to the report.

Police say the driver, Jonathan Gadea, 23, of Plymouth, exhibited the signs of alcohol intoxication. Gadea was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating without a license.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. 

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
