The Plymouth Common Council approved Resolution No. 2023-1078 A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Plymouth to approve the application of Venti’s Casa, LLC for a Commercial Revitalization Program Grant.
The City of Plymouth established a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program to encourage property owners to renovate existing buildings and make other property improvements. Property owners who qualify are provided with a rebate up to 20 percent of the actual project costs directly related to eligible improvements.
Debra Venti was approved Monday evening for a rebate of 20 percent for up to $25,000 of improvements made to the facade of her property located at 215 N. Michigan St. – where MAX 98.3 FM is located.
Those improvements will include exterior repairs including rear facade improvements, a deck, pergola, and foundation work. The renovation will total $20,856.66. The rebate of 20 percent of that amount will total $4,171.33.
