An Ohio woman was arrested Thursday, October 26 after a traffic stop conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department in the parking lot of the Red Rock Inn in Plymouth.
During the traffic stop, the deputy learned that the driver 49-year-old Shawna J. Riley of Ohio was operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator for life.
She was taken into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of habitual traffic violator with a lifetime suspension.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
