Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Welcomes New Deputy

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department has a new deputy sheriff.

Sheriff Matt Hassel announced that Timothy Hubbard recently joined the department and was officially sworn into office by Marshall County Clerk Jenny Bennitt.  

Hubbard attended Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Illinois in 1998 and received his General Education Diploma in December of 2000. He served in the United States Army Reserve from 2001 to 2009, obtaining many awards including the Bronze Star medal, Army Achievement medal, and National Defense Service medal among others. He was Honorably Discharged in 2009.

He was previously employed at the Bourbon Police Department.
