The City of Plymouth is hosting a Trunk-or-Treat event Saturday, October 28 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET at the River Park Square at 112 Water Street.
Trick-or-Treaters will be able to get some sweet treats from local business owners that will be set up in the parking lot at the park. The parking lot will be closed to traffic to ensure safety.
