A Bremen woman was arrested Thursday, October 26 after Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a call about a vehicle in the ditch on 1st Road near King Road.
Upon arrival, the K9 deputy made contact with the driver, 42-year-old Andrea Buck, and she was under suspicion of operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Buck was taken to the hospital for a chemical test and was found to be over three times the legal limit, according to the report.
Buck was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last seven years, and operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
