An Argos man was arrested Friday, October 20 after police investigated a call of a man inside of a residence on West Marshall Street.
Officers from the Argos Police Department, with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, responded to the call and arrested 30-year-old Tray Martin.
Martin was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on felony charges of burglary and residential entry. He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
