Plymouth Police Department Officers Make Arrests

Plymouth Police Department officers made arrests in two recent separate incidents.

Officers initiated a traffic stop Tuesday, August 29 at 11:20 a.m. ET at Michigan and Plymouth/Goshen Trail for a traffic infraction. The driver, Jesus Moyotl, 18, of Warsaw, was reportedly found to have never received a drivers license. After running Moyotl’s information it was also found that he had an active warrant out of Kosciusko County.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Meanwhile, a Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, August 31 on a preliminary charge of theft between $750-$50,000 in an incident that occurred Friday, August 25.  Frank Davis, 60, of Plymouth was taken into custody just after midnight. 

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
