The Plymouth Community School Board members will open a public hearing tonight to take public comments on the 2024 budget, Capital Projects Plan and the Bus Replacement Plan.
Following the public hearing, the regular meeting will begin where the board will open another public hearing to take public testimony on the salaries and benefits for teachers in the collective bargaining process.
After that public hearing, the board will move to regular business including a construction project update, and receive the annual transportation route and safety policy review and yearly update.
The board will receive Extra Curricular Activity reports, and a report on the Certified evaluation scores. Agreements will be reviewed for an SEEC contract, the 4C Health Memorandum of Understanding, and the Bashor Children’s Home Alternative Education Program.
Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter will provide his regular report to the board.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. ET for the budget public hearing with the regular meeting to immediately follow in the Administration Board Room at 611 Berkley Street in Plymouth.
