The Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board will meet tonight where they will get an update on the Mill Pond Multi-Use Trail and activities during the summer.
The board will also have updates on the West Township Trustee Cabin at Memorial Forest, a project to put up camera and arrange for security at that location, and a water well.
The board continues to work on establishing a canoe and kayak launch with the help of Terry Borggren and more information on that progress will be given tonight, along with the NIPSCO grant.
The Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board will meet at 6 p.m. ET at Memorial Forest at the corner of State Road 17 and 14th Road in Marshall County. The public is welcome to attend.
