City of Plymouth officials will be cutting the ribbon today for the newly renovated 105-year-old Laporte Street Footbridge.
The ribbon cutting is set for 11 a.m. ET.
The city applied for an Indiana Department of Transportation enhancement grant to rehabilitate the bridge in 2017 and the city was awarded the grant in 2018.
VS Engineering and the Lochmueller Group designed and inspected the bridge and LaPorte Construction rebuilt the bridge with recent completion of the project.
