The Falloween Fest in Walkerton begins Friday, September 29!
This year’s Falloween Grand Marshal is Kankakee Valley Broadcasting’s MAX 98.3 FM Morning Show Host, General Sales Manager and Sports Director Tony Ross. Congratulations, Tony, on this great honor!
Falloween opens with midway entertainment at 4 p.m. ET on the campus of John Glenn High School. Craft vendors will also be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gymnasium, and a giant garage sale in the east garage from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Several food vendors will be open from 4 p.m. until close.
The Grand Parade steps off at 5 p.m. ET beginning on Van Buren Street to Georgia Street to the festival grounds at the High School.
The softball tournament is at 6:30 p.m., the football game between John Glenn and Bremen at 7 p.m., and Amarillo Sky will perform from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET.
Falloween Fest continues Saturday and Sunday. More details about the daily events will be featured in tomorrow’s news.
