Plymouth Police Department officers assisted in a warrant arrest Saturday, August 12.

Officers were notified by an off-duty Starke County Sheriff’s Department officer of two individuals shopping at Bealls who had active warrants from Knox City Court.

Samuel Seese, 28, of Walkerton and Shay Moorefield, 25, of Grovertown were taken into custody and transported by an on-duty Starke County officer.

In a separate incident, Plymouth officers made an arrest for operating while intoxicated Sunday, August 13 at 6:40 p.m. ET.

Officers received a report of a possibly impaired driver traveling north on Oak Road.

Officers located the vehicle on Pidco Drive. After making contact with the driver, Brandon Moyer, 33, of Plymouth, police say it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.

Moyer was booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
