Plymouth Police Department officers were advised of a person with an active warrant driving a vehicle southbound on Michigan from Veterans Parkway Wednesday, August 2 just after 3 p.m. ET.
A traffic stop was conducted at the Plymouth McDonald’s parking lot. The driver Andrea Arroyo, 25, of Plymouth had an active warrant through Fulton County.
She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail to await transport.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
