The Marshall County Regional Sewer District will meet for the first time today where they will organize and take care of initial business.
The board members will take an oath of office, nominate and elect officers, and look over bylaws, an internal control policy, set a monthly meeting schedule, designate a mailing address and a remote participation policy.
Banking matters will also be discussed, along with insurance matters, public official bonds, a consideration of professional advisors and a submission of a district plan to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
The Marshall County Regional Sewer District will meet at 9 a.m. ET in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
