An Indianapolis man was arrested following a traffic stop in Marshall County Friday, August 11.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies conducted the traffic stop at 11:04 p.m. ET on U.S. 30 near U.S. 31.
The driver of the vehicle, Braxton Moore, 30, of Indianapolis was found to have a controlled substance in his possession, according to the report.
Moore was placed into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
