Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Starke and Pulaski Counties in honor and remembrance of Michael Ray Wilcox, Jr. Wilcox was on shift as an EMT when he passed away suddenly in a tragic traffic accident Aug. 5, 2023.
Gov. Holcomb is asking Starke County and Pulaski County businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Saturday, August 19.
