One person was arrested following a Wednesday morning traffic stop in Marshall County.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 31-year-old Jette L. Bradley was stopped for speeding on Veterans Parkway near the interchange with U.S. 31. Upon further investigation, police say Bradley’s license status was suspended.
Bradley was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
